Polyvoid Suspended Ground Floor Slab - Officer, Victoria
The Polyvoid is a suspended ground floor slab designed for reactive soils and works by separating the slab from the reactive soils. . Edge beams have the 80mm high x 270mm wide triangular spacers and the internal beams have the 80mm high x 270mm wide rectangular spacers. The slab has the 225mm Polyvoid Pods with 140mm of space under the voids for the reactive soils to heave/contract.
